Technical requirements for composite paperboard production line:
1. When using the initial strip, the tension should be adjusted to the appropriate position, that is, not loose or tight.
2. When the belt is found to shrink, adjust the tensioner in time to relax the tension adjustment.
3. During the operation of the plate and belt, always pay attention not to deflect, and in case of deviation, it must be adjusted in time. Its adjustment method: (according to the structure of the machine) the plate belt runs to the right, and the right deviation adjusting device is loose; On the contrary, run on the left and loosen on the left; Pay attention that the adjustment range should not be too large each time. If it is too large, it will pull the strip out of shape (note: the deviation degree of different specifications of paperboard is different).
4. Always check the fixed length of the hook on both sides of the plate to prevent the hook from going through and out during operation.
5. In order to prevent the strip and paperboard from staying on the hot plate when the machine is stopped, the strip and paperboard must be supported after the machine is stopped to leave the hot plate surface to prevent the strip and paperboard from coking and damaging the strip surface.
6. After the end of the shift, it is necessary to wipe the strip with a dry cloth or use a brush dipped in water to clean the strip (not afraid of water), and do not leave paper scraps and other dirt on the surface of the strip, but also prevent the adhesive from polluting the strip. The strip surface must be kept clean to ensure that the air permeability of the strip is not affected and ensure the quality of the cardboard.
7. Thorough cleaning shall be carried out once a month (submit the written plan to the workshop for technical approval before implementation). First, start the machine slowly, spray water to make the plate fully wet, put a proper amount of detergent, clean it with a brush, wash it with water after cleaning, and turn on steam to dry slowly if necessary.
